弱胶结地层中影响支撑剂嵌入的因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 制备预充填疏松砂岩进行嵌入试验研究,通过导流能力的对比,确定出影响嵌入的各种因素及其规律。试验观察了支撑剂在软岩板中的嵌入程度和不同闭合应力、不同支撑剂粒径、不同地层砂粒度组成对嵌入的影响,总结了影响支撑剂嵌入的其他因素,对优化压裂设计有一定的指导意义。 The experiments on proppant embedment were carried out by preparing prepacking unconsolidated sandstone.The important factors causing the fracturing failure,especially in the soft formation were studied.The previous studies were mostly aimed at the effects of embedment on the conductivity in the hard rock plates.Various kinds of factors and regularities are confirmed by conductivity comparison.Through this experiment,the degree of proppant embedment in the soft rock plates and the effects of different closure pressures,proppant size,kinds of rock plates to embedment are observed,other factors of affecting proppant embedment are fully summarized.It plays a positive role in fracturing design optimization.
