声波扫描成像(CAST)资料在国外X油田套管井中的应用

Application of Scanning Acoustic Imaging (CAST) Data in Casing Wells

声波扫描成像(CAST)测井仪的套管井模式测井可以提供大量的有关套管和水泥胶结情况的信息,通过处理可以对套管进行质量检查,并结合CBL/VDL(声幅测井/变密度测井)资料对水泥的胶结情况进行有效的评价。国外X油田的M地层由于局部高压,在很多情况下固井后会出现固井质量不好,窜槽的现象,并且由于地层高压,原油中含H2S等影响,套管容易腐蚀。利用CAST资料检查套管质量,同时结合CBL/VDL资料评价水泥胶结质量是一个非常实用和有效的方法。

Casing hole model logging of CAST logging tool could provide information about the situation of casings and cement bond,casings quality could be inspected by casing processing,in combination with CBL/VDL data,the situation of cement bond could be effectively evaluated,M formation from a foreign oilfield was suffered from partial high pressure,in many cases,the poor cementing quality and channeling appeared after cement,in addition,due to the effect of the formation high pressure and H2S containing in oil,casings were easily to be corroded.By using CAST data to check casing quality,in combination with CBL/VDL data cement bond quality is evaluated,application shows that it is a very practical and effective method.
