文昌油田生产水泵机械密封优化改造

Optimization and Reconstruction of Production Water Pump Mechanical Seal in Wenchang Oilfield

通过分析文昌油田原油生产系统的污水处理设备生产水泵机械密封泄漏故障频发的原因,确定了水泵机械密封失效原因是污水温度提高后产生结垢和腐蚀,决定将水泵原厂波形弹簧机械密封改为螺旋弹簧式机械密封,并实行国内产品替代。实践证明,国产化改进后的生产水泵较改进前运行更加高效平稳,泄漏基本消除,大大提高了水泵运行时率。

The reason of water pump seal leakage of the sewage water in production system of Wenchang 13-1/2 Oilfields was analyzed,it was determined that reason of water pump seal leakage was scaling and corrosion induced by high water temperature,it was decided that the original wave spring was turned to a helical spring mechanical seal,and it was replaced by a domestic product.Practice shows that the production of improved domestic water pump is more efficient and smooth than before,the mechanical seal is optimized,which greatly increases the rate of pump run-time.
