随着市场经济的快速发展,社会竞争变得越来越激烈,大学生面临着巨大学习、生活及就业压力而引发的心理问题也越来越多,这就给大学生思想政治教育带来了严峻的挑战。单纯依靠思想政治教育很难解决这些问题。在实际工作中要把思想政治教育和心理健康教育有效结合起来,这是加强和改进新形势下大学生思想政治教育的有效途径。

With the rapid development of market economy,social competition is becoming more and more fiercely.College students are facing huge pressure of study,life and the employment.Which cause mental problems,and these have brought severe challenges to college students＇ ideological and political education.It is difficult to solve these problems if we only rely on the ideological and political education.We should combine ideological and political education with mental health education in practical work,which is an effective way of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students under the new situation.
