On the Realization of Citizens' Political Participation Rightand Its Control Way

本文以公民参权的正当性为起点,阐述了公民政治参与权的实现需要制度化地进行。政治参与权的实现需要从动力因素和路径因素两方面对参与过程进行控制,从而构建制度化的参与渠道,达到公民有序参与政治过程的目的。

This paper will start with the legitimacy of the political participation right.It expounds that the realization of the political participation right should push forward in the institutionalized way.In order to establish the Institutionalized participation way,and to absorb the citizens to take part in the political process orderly,we should take the essential ways to control the process of the participation in two ways,including impetus and routes ways.
