摘要
研究退火处理对镨离子掺杂钨酸铅晶体光谱性质的影响.在常温条件下测量镨离子掺杂钨酸铅晶体退火前和退火后的偏振吸收谱、偏振荧光谱和主要荧光发射上能级的衰减曲线.研究表明退火处理可以减少大部分与氧缺乏有关的缺陷中心和与热应力有关的晶体缺陷中心;探讨了减少其它晶体缺陷中心的方法.结果表明,晶体的退火处理是一种提高镨离子掺杂钨酸铅晶体发光性能的有效方法.
The effect of annealing treatment on the spectroscopic properties of Pr3+-doped PbWO4 crystals were discussed in detail.The polarized absorption spectra,polarized fluorescence spectra,and fluorescence decay curves of main emission manifolds of as-grown and annealed Pr3+-doped PbWO4 crystals were measured at room temperature and analyzed,and further methods to quench other defect centers were discussed.The results demonstrate that annealing treatment can diminish most defect centers related to oxygen vacancies and thermal stress and that annealing treatment can exert a distinct influence on the spectroscopic properties of Pr3+:PbWO4 crystal as a promising laser and phosphors material.
