Design of Electronic Differential for Light Electric Vehicles

摘要 针对双轮毂电机独立驱动的轻型电动汽车,根据汽车转向行驶时内、外侧车轮转速与转向角和车体速度之间的关系,提出了一种基于方向盘转角和车轮转速的电子差速控制方案;设计了硬件电路、实时差速计算算法,并编写了汇编语言程序;进行电路调试验证了该差速器设计的可行性. A novel structure of electronic differerntial speed control program based on the speed adjustment was presented.for an rear,dual in-wheel motor driving electric vehicle,with consideration of the rotation speeds of the inner and outer wheels in relation to the vehicle speed and steering angle.The hardware circuit and on-line caculation algorithm was designed accordingly and a program in assembly language developed.Circuit debugging results verified the feasibility of the differential.
