基于PSPICE的声表面波器件仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电路网络理论得到与SAW器件具有相同幅频特性的等效电路模型,且应用PSPICE进行仿真,仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,验证了SAW器件等效电路模型的正确性. Using the circuit network theory,an equivalent circuit model with the same frequency characteristic is obtained.By simulating PSPICE,the simulation results is consistent with the theoretical analysis.It is verified that the equivalent circuit model of SAW device is correct.
