Investigation Report on German Professional Education

通过听取德国职业教育专题讲座、访问工商协会、考察德国不莱梅市职业教育公共实训基地,对德国的教育体系、职业教育与培训情况,尤其是对"双元制"职业教育模式的内涵、特点及效果进行了深入具体的探讨。借鉴德国职业教育发展,对我国职业教育发展提出自己的建议,要切实落实《职业教育法》,加强"双师结构"的教师队伍建设,加大政府对教育的经费投入力度,调动企业参与职业教育的积极性,共同推动职业教育的发展。

Based on lectures of German profession education,visiting business association,investigating public training center of professional education in Bremen City,the German education system,profession education and training,especially the connotation,characteristics and effect of dual-system profession education mode are discussed.By borrowing the experience of the professional education development in Germany,proposals are put forward on professional education in China that is to carry out Vocational Education Law,to strengthen the double-qualified teaching staff,to increase the government investment on education and to motivate the enterprises participating professional education so that professional education can develop well.
