我国农村社会保障及其制度分析

On the Analysis of the Rural Social Security and System of China

本文通过对建国以后我国农村社会保障历史发展的梳理,分析我国农村社会保障的现状,进而提出完善我国农村社会保障制度的建议。

The Seventeenth Congress of the CPC clearly puts forward that the Chinese government should accelerate the construction of rural social security system which mainly includes rural pension insurance system,new rural cooperative medical system and basic living allowance system for rural residents.By giving a historical review of the development of China＇s rural social security after the foundation of the People＇s Republic of China,this paper intends to analyze the status quo of China＇s rural social security system and then put forward some suggestions on improving it.
