摘要
在"管理文秘"课堂教学中应注意运用多种教学方法调动学生学习的自主性、能动性,锻炼学生的应用操作能力,提高教学效果。角色扮演教学法是一种将角色扮演和情景教学融为一体的教学方法,能够将学习和兴趣结合起来,可充分激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高学生的知识运用能力、实际操作能力及随机应变等能力。角色扮演教学法可从计划准备、组织实施及归纳总结三个步骤有序进行。
In teaching,Management Secretary should focus on various teaching methods to motivate students to learn independently and initiatively,to train them to apply their skill in practice so that the teaching effect can be improved.Combing role-play and situation teaching,the role-playing approach can combine study and interest to motivate the students' initiative,improve their capacity of knowledge application,practical operation and adjustability.Role-playing approach may be prepared from the plan,organization and summarizing.
