人工电源网络接地性能对传导骚扰测试的影响

摘要 研究人工电源网络(AMN)在连接不同阻抗的接地线情况下隔离度和分压系数的变化,模拟受试设备在进行现场测试时,不良的接地条件可能对测试结果带来影响。经研究发现,隔离度和分压系数随AMN接地线长度、工作频率的变化而变化,接地线的阻抗将严重影响测试结果的重复性和精度。 The changes of isolation and voltage division factor of artificial mains network (AMN) are studied when AMN is grounded via various ground wires with different impedances,which is to simulate impacts on the on-site test results of equipment under test (EUT) brought by poor grounding conditions.The result shows the isolation and voltage division factor vary with changes of the length of AMN ground wire and frequency.Therefore,the impedance of ground wire will seriously affect the repeatability and accuracy of the test results.
