摘要
天然气水合物浆体管道输送是近年来开发的一项新技术,但水合物浆体流动时会与管道壁发生摩擦而产生摩阻损失,造成管输效率的降低和动力能耗的增加。鉴于管道系统规划设计与动力设备选型的需要,在分析水合物浆体流变特性、浆体管道阻力特性的基础上,建立了用于水合物浆体管输摩阻损失计算的数学模型,并通过软件编程进行求解,认为管内浆体平均流速对管道摩阻损失的影响最大、管道内径的影响次之、水合物固相体积百分数的影响最小。
For gas hydrate,the slurry pipeline transportation is a novel technology recently.But,a friction may occur between slurry and pipeline wall to generate a friction loss when slurry flows, further to bring about a decrease of transportation efficiency and an increase of energy consumption.In this paper,a mathematical model to calculate the loss is established based on an analysis on slurry rheological behavior and pipeline resistance property;and then,a solution is carried out according to software programming; the effect of three factors(including hydrate solid volume percentage, pipeline inner diameter and average flow rate of slurry within pipeline) on the loss is analyzed by orthogonal method.At last, some results are obtained:the largest effect is the average flow rate,the pipeline inner diameter the second,the volume percentage the last,respectively.In addition,it is noted that the effect of flow-rate scale on friction loss should be taken into consideration when selecting water pump.
