摘要
企业在发展过程中,创建学习型文化有助于提升员工素质、提高生产效率与实现安全生产。分析了新疆重油开发公司在创建学习型企业文化中所遇到的问题,如企业员工无共同愿景、无学习动力等,介绍了公司领导和员工运用系统思考的思维方式,树立共同愿景,做到个人学习与组织学习相结合,创新学习载体,营造轻松的学习氛围,实行"学习+奖励"的管理机制,建设有特色的学习型企业文化的实践情况。
During the course of enterprises' development,constructing learning culture in enterprises will contribute to promoting staff quality,increasing efficiency and realizing safety production. However,there are still some problems during constructing studying type culture in the enterprise.For example,according to investigation on studying type culture construction in Xinjiang Oilfield Heavy Oil Company,related problems such as the staff have no shared visions or motives in learning are occurs.Aiming at these problems,countermeasures of building shared visions based on system thinking of leaders and staff to realize combination between individual learning and organizational learning,promoting carrier innovation and create a relax atmosphere for learning,implementing a management mechanism related with both learning and rewards to build the learning culture with enterprise s own characteristics are given.
