结直肠癌血清标志物在不同条件下的稳定性研究

Effect of Sample Storage on Stability of Colorectal Cancer Serum Markers

[目的]观察不同保存条件对血清CEA、CA199、AFP浓度的影响。[方法]取结直肠癌患者血清样品,在取血当时、冷藏(4±1)℃保存3周,以及室温(28±3)℃保存的条件下,采用酶免疫分析法(EIA),测定血清中CEA、CA199、AFP的浓度并进行比较,考察其稳定性。[结果]冰箱冷藏保存1、2、3周及室温保存3 d的血清测定结果均与取血当时测定结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。室温保存1、2周的血清测定结果明显高于取血当时测定结果(P<0.05)。[结论]CEA、CA199、AFP血清样品在冷藏条件下可稳定保存3周,室温下可稳定保存3 d。

[Objective] To investigate the effects on serum concentrations of CEA、CA199,and AFP with different storage requirements.[Methods]The serum samples from colorectal cancer patients were stored in refrigeration（4±1） ℃ for l week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks,or at normal temperature（28±3） ℃ for 3 days,1 week and 2 weeks,then these samples were determined by enzyme immunoassay（EIA） and the results were compared with the new ones.[Results]There were no significant differences between the samples stored in refrigeration（4±1） ℃ for l week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks and the samples stored at normal temperature for 3 days.Serum results stored at normal temperature for 1 week and 2 weeks were significantly higher than those at the collection time.[Conclusion]Serum samples of CEA,CA199 and AFP can be stored stably in refrigeration for 3 weeks or at normal temperature for 3 days.
