某部官兵甲型H1N1流感基本知识培训效果评价

Evaluation on Effectiveness of Influenza A/H1N1 Knowledge Training among Officers and Soldiers in a PLA Unit

[目的]了解部队官兵对甲型H1N1流感基本知识的掌握情况,评价培训工作效果,为今后有针对性地开展宣传教育提供参考。[方法]2009年5月,对参加甲型H1N1流感基本知识培训的机关和分队的186名官兵在培训前后进行调查。[结果]培训前调查183人,培训后调查181人。调查对象培训前后"甲型H1N1流感是一种呼吸道传染病"和"个别患者甚至可引起死亡"的知晓率均在90%以上(P>0.05);其他各项知识的知晓率培训前较低,培训后明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]开展培训活动可以明显提高官兵甲型H1N1流感知识知晓程度。

[Objective] To understand the master of the basic knowledge on influenza A /H1N1 among army officers and soldiers,evaluate the training results,so as to provide basis for the future,targeted publicity and education.[Methods]In May 2009,a survey was made among the participants on the basic knowledge of influenza A/ H1N1 training to 186 officers and men before and after the training.[Results]183 were surveyed before training and 181 were surveyed 181 after training.The awareness rate of＂Influenza A/H1N1 is a respiratory disease＂ and ＂individual patients can even lead to death＂ were more than 90%（P0.05）;the other knowledge was lower before training,was significantly increased after training（P0.01 or P0.05）.[Conclusion]The training activities can significantly enhance the awareness rate of Influenza A/H1N1 among the officers and soldiers.
