公共服务单位卫生用品用具消毒状况调查

Survey on Sanitary Disinfection Conditions in Public Services

[目的]了解公共服务单位卫生用品消毒状况,加强部队宾馆美容美发业及洗浴场所实行社会化经营的卫生监督和管理。[方法]随机抽取29家宾馆的美容美发店及洗浴场所,根据《公共场所卫生标准》确定抽检项目,进行评价和分析比较。[结果]检测29家美容美发店及洗浴场所卫生用品用具282份样品,检测指标全部合格的245份,合格率86.87%。茶具、卧具合格率较高,分别为96.55%(56/58)、90.90%(90/99);拖鞋、毛巾和理发工具合格率较低,分别为76.19%、79.26%和81.81%。A级宾馆美容美发店及洗浴场所用品用具合格率明显高于B级宾馆,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2009年检测合格率.高于2008年监测结果,其中茶具、拖鞋微生物检测结果与2008年相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);卧具、毛巾和浴巾微生物检测合格率两年差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]调查发现A级宾馆好于B级宾馆,2009年好于2008年。建议宾馆加大经常性的卫生检查和监管力度,卫生监督部门加大卫生监督执法力度,保证消毒质量和效果,使消毒工作规范化、制度化。

[Objective] To understand public services sanitary disinfection conditions,strengthen health supervision and management in socialized forces hotels and bath beauty industry business establishments.[Methods]Selected 29 hotel beauty salons and bathing places randomly,determined sampling program under the ＂public health standards＂ to evaluate and compare.[Results]Detection of 29 workplace health beauty hair salon products and bath appliances,282 samples,245 test indicators were qualified,the pass rate was 86.87%.Tea set,bedding passing rates were 96.55%（56/58）,90.90%（90/99）,Slippers,towels and hair-dressing tools passing rates were 76.19%,79.26% and 81.81%.The class A hotel and bath supplies beauty salon equipment-level pass rate was significantly higher than class B hotels,the statistical analysis,there was significant difference（P0.01）.The 2009 test results was higher than 2008 in varying degrees,including tea,slippers microbiological test results compared with 2008,there were significant differences（P0.01）.Bedding,towels and bath towels qualified rate of microbial detection test results,was higher than in 2008,but there was no significant difference（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The survey found that class A hotels are better than class B,better in 2009 than in 2008.Regular hotel inspection and supervision on health should be strengthened.Health supervision departments should increase health supervision and law enforcement efforts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of disinfection,the disinfection of the standardization and institutionalization.
