摘要
[目的]掌握三星级以上宾馆、酒店的公共用品和食(饮)具卫生消毒状况,为卫生监督提供依据。[方法]对2004~2009年大理州三星级以上宾馆、酒店公共用品和食(饮)具卫生消毒效果监测资料进行分析。[结果]2004~2009年合计检测公共用品2 332份,合格率为95.41%。各年分别为91.83%、93.54%、93.80%、96.51%、97.50%、98.41%(P〈0.01);检测食(饮)具2 571份,合格率为86.23%,各年分别为76.10%、80.11%、84.31%、86.67%、90.81%、93.20%(P〈0.01)。[结论]大理州三星级以上宾馆公共用品和食(饮)具消毒合格率较高。
[Objective] To master the hygienic disinfection condition of public supplies and tableware in three-star and above hotels,so as to provide the basis for the sanitary supervision.[Methods]Analysis was made on surveillance data on effect of public supplies and table ware in three-star and above hotels of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,2004-2009.[Results]In 2004-2009,a total of 2 332 public supplies were tested,the qualified rate was 95.41%,each year respectively was 91.83%,93.54%,93.80%,96.51%,97.50%,and 98.41%(P0.01);2 571 tableware were tested,the qualified rate was 86.23%,each year respectively was 76.10%,80.11%,84.31%,86.67%,90.81%,and 93.20%(P0.01).[Conclusion]The qualified rate is high in disinfection of public supplies and tableware in three-star and above hotels of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture.
