2005～2008年辽源市中小学生贫血患病状况分析

Investigation on Anemia Prevalence Status among Primary and Secondary School Students in Liaoyuan City,2005-2009

[目的]了解辽源市中小学生贫血患病情况,为制订贫血的综合防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2005-2008年辽源市部分中小学生Hb检测资料进行分析。[结果]中小学生贫血检出率,2005年为21.35%,2006年为13.37%,2007年为9.08%,2008年为9.25%（P〈0.01）。2005-2008年平均贫血检出率,小学生为10.26%,初中生为10.87%,高中生为25.44%;男生为16.21%,女生为6.29%（P〈0.05）。小学生、初中生、高中生的贫血检出率均逐年呈下降趋势（P〈0.01）;小学女生呈逐年下降趋势（P〈0.01）,初中男生呈下降趋势（P〈0.01）,高中男生、女生均为2007年、2008年较2005年、2006年明显下降（P〈0.01）。[结论]辽源市中小学生贫血患病率呈逐年下降趋势,贫血患病率高中生最高,女生高于男生。

[Objective] To understand the prevalence of anemia among primary and secondary school students in Liaoyuan city,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of integrated anemia control and prevention measures.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of Hb testing among primary and secondary school students in Liaoyuan city,2005-2008.[Results]The detection rate of anemia among primary and secondary school students was 21.35% in 2005,13.37% in 2006,9.08% in 2007 and 9.25% in 2008（P0.01）.The average detection rate of anemia in 2005-2008 was 10.26% among primary pupils,10.87% among junior high school students,25.44% among senior high school students;16.21% for boys and 6.29% for girls（P0.05）.The detection rate of anemia among primary school,junior high school,and senior high school students decreased year by year（P0.01）;The detection rate of anemia among primary school girls decreased year by year（P0.01）,and also among junior high school boys（P0.01）,The detection rate of anemia among high school boys and girls in 2007 and 2008,compared with 2005 and 2006 significantly decreased（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The prevalence of anemia among primary and secondary school students decreases year by year in Liaoyuan city,the highest prevalence of anemia among senior high school students,higher in girls than boys.
