782名医学院校教职工体检结果分析

Analysis of 782 Medical College Staff Physical Examination Result

目的了解某高校教职工2009年身体健康状况,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学数据。方法采取整群抽样的方法对某高校2009年的在职教职工体检结果进行统计分析。结果女性未患疾病的构成比高于男性;男性教职员工脂肪肝的患病率居第一位;女性教职员工高血脂的患病率为第一位。男性脂肪肝、高尿酸血症、高血脂、高甘油三脂症、高血压和肾囊肿患病率均高于女性。782名教职员工血压、血糖值、总胆固醇值随年龄的增加而增加。结论该高校教职工的健康状况不容乐观,学校应关注教职工的健康状况,积极开展健康教育和健康促进,使教职工强化自我保健意识,增强健康理念。

Objective To understand the health status of a university faculty in 2009,in order to make appropriate intervention measures and provide scientific data.Methods By adopting a cluster sampling method to analyze physical examination results in a university faculty in 2009.Results The proportion of women without disease was higher than men;men who had the prevalence of fatty liver ranked the first;so did the female who has the prevalence of high cholesterol.Male＇s fatty liver,hyperuricemia,high blood cholesterol and high triglycerides,prevalence of hypertension and renal cysts were higher than female＇s.With the age increasing,the blood pressure,the blood sugar value and the total cholesterol value of 782 staff＇s increase.Conclusions The health status of university staff is not optimistic,and the university should be concerned about the health of staff,actively carry out health education and health promotion,to strengthen self-care awareness and concept of health.
