摘要
本文提出基于CAD软件三维模型的装配层次关系而建立的被连接件层次网络图模型,并由此生成产品邻接矩阵.并采用约束逐步解除法生成拆卸序列.较好的解决了因零件较多而出现的组合爆炸问题.
In this paper,the connected parts level network model is established based on the relationship between the level of the assembly which is obtained from the three-dimensional model of the CAD software.By this the adjacency matrix is generated subsequently.Finally,disassembly sequence is generated by using the way of removing the bound gradually.It better solved the combinatorial explosion problem resulting from large amounts of parts.
