民族地区的乡风文明建设与传统道德教育——以云南德宏拉老村、界桃村等村为例

The Local Custom Civilization and the Traditional Moral Education in Ethnic Minority Areas:Taking Lalao and Jietao Village of Yunnan Dehong as Examples

乡风文明建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,民族地区的乡风文明建设对建设和谐边疆有着重要意义。采用叙事研究法对文明村的乡风文明建设进行调研,对民族文化中的道德资源和当地的经济发展进行研究可以发现:村寨文化、节日文化、宗教文化中传统道德教育是乡风文明建设的宝贵资源,民族文化中的传统道德教育是乡风文明建设的根基。勤劳的传统与现代教育结合才能夯实乡风文明建设的物质基础,传统和现实相结合的道德教育才能保证乡风文明建设的精神动力。在云南边疆,面对外来文化和宗教渗透、毒品和艾滋病危害等严重问题,重视乡风文明建设显得尤其重要。

The construction of local custom civilization is the important component in building socialist new countryside and it also plays an important part in the construction of harmonious society in frontier minority areas. This study uses the narrative research method to investigate the local custom civilization construction in the villages awarded the title of civilized village. Research for the moral resources of the local minority culture and local economic development indicates： the traditional moral education in various cultures such as village culture,festival culture,religion culture are valuable resources for the construction of local custom civilization,it is also the foundation of the later. The combination of hard-working tradition and the modern education can lay a solid material foundation for the construction of local custom civilization; and also the combination of traditional and practical moral education can guarantee the power of the local custom civilization construction. Being facing the infiltration of foreign forces in religion and culture,serious problem of HIV and drug in border areas in Yunnan,emphasis on the above-mentioned are particularly important.
