田蓬镇与苗旺县苗族跨境流动的现状与思考

Current Situation and Thinking of Cross-border Movement of Hmong People in Tianpeng Town and Miaowang County

跨境民族的流动,不仅给边境地区的政治、经济、文化带来重要的影响,而且也影响到相关国家的安全和稳定,历来是学界探究的一个重要课题。为了能更具体、更准确和更全面地了解跨境民族流动问题,笔者对中国云南省文山州富宁县田蓬镇与越南河江省苗旺县的苗族跨境流动的成因、影响以及解决措施进行调查研究,并取得了一定的成果,希望在构建"桥头堡"战略的形势下,能对我国跨境民族的管理和边疆民族地区的发展方面有所帮助。

The cross-border movement of people makes a impact not only on the border region’s politic,economic and culture,but also on security and stability of relevant countries. It has always been an important subject for academic inquiry. To be more specific,more accurate and more comprehensive to understand cross-border movement of people,the author researches on the causes,effects and solution measures of cross-border movement in Hmong people of Chinese’s Tianpeng town and Vietnam’s Miaowang county and obtains some results. Under the strategies of the Bridgehead,the author is hoping to manage our cross-border ethnic group helpful and develop the border Minority Regions.
