试论低树脂轻质高强度薄草板单层板坯力学性能影响因素

摘要 本文从弹性理论出发,利用应力应变关系方程找出决定草板单层板坯力学性能的几个特性量,并进一步就板坯组分特性及工艺控制参数对特性量的影响作了初步分析,从而为低树脂轻质高强薄草板的研制提供了依据。 In shis article according to the elastisty theory, by means of relationship equation between stress and strain, certain characteristic qu antities are given to determine the mechanics performance of the straw plate single-layer blank, and preliminary analysis is madeof the effect of the blan's components' specific propertities and the technological control provided forameters on these characteristic quantities, and, as a result, basis is provided for research and production of the low-resin, lightmass, high-strength thin straw plate.
