目的探讨肾移植监护病房医院感染的管理方法。方法笔者通过对肾移植监护病房及医务人员手的消毒管理,加强移植患者的护理管理,从而有效的控制肾移植术后的医院感染,提高肾移植手术的成功率。结果总结出适合于肾移植监护病房的消毒隔离与护理管理方法。结论系统整体全面的护理适合肾移植监护病房的管理。

Objective To study the management of hospital infection about the tutelar ward of renal transplantation. Methods Through the management of disinfection in the tutelar ward of the renal transplantation and washing hands, and strengthen the nursing management of the patient after transplantation, it effictively controls the hospital infection after renal transplantation, meanwhile it impoves the success rate of renal transplantation. Results To summarize the methods of nursing management about the disinfection in the tutelar ward of the renal transplantation.
