摘要
随着海南国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略,基于低碳目标的绿色增长模式将成为海南省经济发展的重点。在海南国际旅游岛建设的背景下,从低碳电力系统建设和差异化服务促进节能减排2个方面对海南地区电力低碳发展进行了分析探讨。
For regarding the construction of Hainan international tourism island as a national strategy,low carbon objectives-based green growth pattern will become a significant part in Hainan economic development.In this paper,low carbon power system and differentiation service was discussed,and some suggestions were brought up to have a good impact on the low carbon development in Hainan power industry.
