视频分析技术在无人值守变电站监控中的应用

Application of Video Analysis Technology in Unmanned Substations Monitoring

分析了无人值守变电站远程视频监控系统的现状及不足,介绍了视频分析技术。根据视频分析技术能够自动分析提取视频中有用信息的优点,将其应用于现有监控系统,提高无人值守变电站监控的智能化水平。最后,给出了结合视频分析技术的变电站监控系统方案设计和实例分析。

This paper analyzes the status and deficiencies of remote video monitoring system for unmanned substation,introduces video analysis techniques,and applies the video analysis technology to existing monitoring system for its advantages of automatic extraction of useful information from the video,and thus to improve the intelligence level of the monitoring system.Finally,the paper proposes the monitoring system scheme with video analysis and gives a case analysis.
