电能质量是一个模糊的概念。电能质量等级的划分必须依赖某些质量特征指标的量化值来划分。分析电能质量的模糊性是为了使人们进一步了解电能质量的综合特性,为更精准地评判电能质量提供依据。利用模糊数学理论,从电能质量模糊性的表现形式、电能质量的模糊扩张性、模糊模式识别的角度对电能质量的模糊性进行了综合评判,并通过实例加以验证。

Power quality is a vague concept.The classification of power quality must rely on quantification of some quality characteristic indexes.Analysis on the ambiguity of the power quality makes people aware of the synthetic performance of the power quality,and provides the basis for appraising the power quality more accurately.From the manifestations of the power quality＇ s fuzzy attribute,fuzzy distensibility and fuzzy pattern recognition,this paper carries out the comprehensive evaluation for the fuzzy attribute of the power quality based on fuzzy mathematics theory.What＇s more,the method proposed in this paper is verified with an example.
