摘要
目的分析葡萄糖的应用及制备方法的现状,提出可采用碎米(大米)酶法制成注射用葡萄糖。方法对葡萄糖的结构特点、应用前景、所存问题和制备方法进行综述,论证采用碎(大)米酶法制成注射用葡萄糖原料药的可行性。结果葡萄糖是自然界分布最广且最为重要的一种单糖,在食品、医药、化学等行业中有广泛的应用,在人体新陈代谢中起着重要作用,为生命体的基本能量载体。其生产方法主要有酸法、双酶法、酶酸法、酸酶法,所采用的原料主要为玉米、甘薯等,目前临床所采用以玉米为原料制得的注射剂葡萄糖所发生的不良反应率居西药品种的第二位,与其原料、制剂生产工艺有较大影响,如采用碎(大)米为原料,可起到与人体同气相求的作用,而会使不良反应降低。结论碎(大)米酶法制成注射用葡萄糖在临床应用有一定的优势,其市场前景巨大。
Objective To analyze the development of applications and preparation of glucose, thereby to point out the injective glucose to be made of rice or broken rice. Methods To summarize glucose on aspects of construction features, applied perspective, preparing procession as well as issues, and to demonstrate the feasibility that the injective glucose will be made of rice or broken rice. Results The glucose, a monosaccharide to distribute widely in nature, was applied in food, medications and chemical industry, and played an important role in metabolism of human body as an energy carrier for life. The manufacture techniques includes to the acid, bi-enzymic, acid-enzymic methods etc, with main materials as corn and sweet potato etc. The infusion for injective glucose made of corn as materials has token place adverse reaction more than the secondary in western medications as results from their materials, preparing procession. The adverse reactions will be decreased or avoided if the rice or broken rice being materials in that the coincidence with qi of human body will be come up with.Conclusion There is a tremendous market outlook and advantage in clinical application for infusion glucose that will be made of rice or broken rice.
