艾滋病HAART相关血液毒副作用中西医结合临床研究近况

艾滋病HAART相关血液毒副作用是出现严重的贫血及骨髓抑制作用,最常见是由齐多呋啶引起。齐多呋啶的主要副作用是贫血,通常发生在高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)的前3个月内,严重影响了HAART治疗的依从性,并对患者生存期、生活质量都会造成影响,目前尚无理想有效的防治方案,成为艾滋病防治的重要医学问题。本文综述其病因病机、诊断与辨证、中西医治疗护理要点等研究进展,为临床提供参考。

This paper reviews the pathogenesis, diagnosis and syndrome differentiation, treatment and care elements of Chinese and Western research progress, to provide for clinical reference.
