Study on the Management of Land Using Rights of Rural Homestead

宅基地管理工作是农村土地管理中的一项重要工作,关乎农民切身利益。目前涉及宅基地继承、流转、历史遗留等问题比较多,通过介绍宅基地使用权相关概念演变、现有管理模式及管理中存在的问题,提出完善宅基地使用权制度、适应客观情况并进一步发展的建议。

Homestead management is an important part of rural land administration and it relates directly to the interests of farmers. There are enormous leftover problems in this area. This article deals with the concept changes in the rights to the use of curtilage,the current management pattern,and the existent problems. Suggestions are put forward as to further improvement in the administration of homestead and making it adapt to the actual situations.
