Research on the Development of Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives in Shenyang

农机专业合作社是服务于新型农村的新组织,是新农村建设的重要组成部分。介绍沈阳市农机专业合作社发展现状,针对存在的农机装备水平不高、农机使用效率较低、配套基础设施缺乏、经营管理不善等问题,按市场经济规律要求,从政策、资金、管理、服务等方面提出解决方法,以扶持和引导农机专业合作社向规模化和产业化方向发展。

Agricultural machinery professional cooperative is a novel organization serving new type rural communities and it is an important part of the establishment of new rural communities. This article presents the current development in professional agricultural machinery cooperatives in Shenyang city. The existent problems in this respect are analyzed,including low level of agricultural equipment,inefficiency in using the equipment,lack of supportive facilities,and maladministration. Accordingly,measures to tackle these problems are put forward in terms of policy decision,fund,administration and service under the law of market system so as to lead these cooperatives to the path of scale and industrialized development.
