卢梭的中国面孔——中国卢梭研究百年述评

The Chinese Face of Rousseau

卢梭是在近现代中国最有影响的西方政治思想家之一,自19世纪70年代以来,有关卢梭的研究一直没有淡出汉语学界的视线。本文对近百年来中文世界的卢梭研究进行初步清理后认为,卢梭作为政治思想家在中国主要有两种形象:在相当长一段时间内,卢梭充当的是中国革命的符号;而在后期,卢梭则主要以社会契约论思想家的身份出现。本文对卢梭在汉语世界的这两种形象进行了初步的勾勒,并以此为基础,尝试指出中国卢梭研究的得失。

Jean-Jacques Rousseau is a very important political thinker in the world.Since 1870s,Chinese scholars have kept doing researches on his political thought.We have produced hundreds of documents,but till now,we haven't evaluated our progress on this topic.Based on this consideration,We checked the main part of these documents,and discovered that all these documents only reflected two figures of Rousseau:one is the symbol of Chinese revolution,and the other is a thinker of Social Contract.This discovery shows that the research on Rousseau in China is to be developed.
