介绍了一种V6发动机Al合金缸体的形貌,根据其结构特点,决定采用组芯低压铸造工艺方式生产,过程如下:制芯→预组芯→组芯→砂芯运送→浇注→清理→T6处理→检验,用此工艺大批量生产出了合格铸件。
The configuration of the aluminum alloy cylinder block used for a V6-type engine was introduced.According to its configuration characteristics it was decided to adopt cores-assembly low-pressure casting process for its production.The production procedure is as follows: cores-making→cores pre-assembling→cores assembling→transferring cores assembly→pouring→cleaning→ T6 heat treatment→inspection.This process has been successfully used for large batch production of the qualified castings.
