摘要
针对转向器支架特点及要求,通过生产试验和调整,采用粘土砂整体造型、底注式铸造工艺、树脂砂制芯,并控制化学成分和熔炼工艺,获得铸态抗拉强度≥450 MPa,伸长率≥18%符合德国牌号GGG40的支架铸件。
According to the characteristics and requirement of the steering gear supporter,and by through productive test and adjustment,it was decided to adopt the clay sand molding of the casting as a whole,bottom gated system,furan resin sand cores and control the chemical composition and melting process.As the result,the supporter casting was obtained with the as-cast tensile strength≥450 MPa,elongation≥18% required by the GGG40 grade.
