摘要 嘉绍跨江大桥北岸水中区引桥基础为φ3.8 m钻孔灌注桩,采用气举反循环回转法钻孔施工。在桩内按正方形预埋4根声测管作为检测通道,成桩14 d后,用超声波透射法对桩身混凝土质量进行检测。采用超声波透射法已检测116根基桩,综合超声波声速、幅值及波形对基桩质量进行判断,116根基桩均为Ⅰ类桩。 The foundations of the approach bridge of the Jiashao Bridge over the north shore water area are of the φ3.8m bored piles and the piles are constructed by the rotary boring of reverse circulation air lifting.In each bored pile,4 acoustic pipes are embedded in square shape as the testing channels and 14 d after completion of the pile,the ultrasonic transmission method is employed to test the quality of the pile.The method has been applied to the testing of totally 116 piles of the bridge and all these piles are concluded as type I piles in accordance with the comprehensive judgment of the velocity,amplitude values and shapes of the ultrasonic wave.
