摘要 嘉绍跨江大桥北岸水中区引桥钻孔灌注桩具有数量多、直径大、单桩长等特点,加上桥址处地质条件复杂、潮水流速大、河床冲淤剧烈等不利施工条件,加大了施工难度。施工组织设计对大型临时工程的生产区及施工平台进行设计和布置;对施工用水、用电做了布置,对钢护筒施工、钻进成孔、钢筋笼制作与安装、混凝土灌注等主要施工工序进行安排;确定了施工总体进度和分项工程的工期;对关键施工技术进行阐述。 The bored piles of the approach bridge of the Jiashao Bridge over the north shore water area are characterized by a great number,large diameter and great length of single piles.Additionally,the unfavorable construction conditions,such as the complicated geologic conditions,swift tidal current and intense scouring at riverbed at the bridge site,make it still more difficult to construct the piles.In the construction organization design prepared for the piles,the working areas for the large temporary works and the construction platforms are designed and laid out,the water and power supply for the construction is arranged,the principal working procedures for construction of the steel casings,bored holes,fabrication and installation of the reinforcement cages and casting of the concrete are formulated and the time schedules of the overall construction progress and the progress of each sectional works are determined.The authors herewith presents the key techniques for the construction of the piles.
