熔盛重工继建造3000m深水铺管起重船(DPV)后,又进行了DLS4200铺管船的投标工作,铺管船成为熔盛重工建造的主要产品.在DPV成功建造的基础上,对DLS4200铺管船的建造工艺作全面的分析,使该型船舶的建造标准化.对后续该类船型投标和实际建造具有十分重要的指导意义.

After building the 3000 meters deepwater pipe laying crane vessel（DPV）,RSHI has bid for DLS4200 pipe laying vessel,and the pipe laying vessels have become the RSHI＇s main projects.Based on the DPV＇s successful construction,this paper analyses the building technics of the DLS4200,so as to standardize the construction of this vessels and makes some instruction for the bid and construction of pipe laying vessels.
