摘要
在企业生产经营活动中,生产计划起着指导供应、平衡生产的重要作用,准确而有效的生产计划有利于企业的供应链高效率、低成本和协调地运作.文章对企业计划管理的几种方式进行论述,对推动式计划与拉动式计划特点进行阐述,并对其优缺点进行归纳及对比分析.在此基础上,对推拉结合式计划的特点进行阐述,并分析了其主要功能及相关业务流程.
In the operation of enterprises,the production plan is important for the balance of supply and production.Accurate and efficient production plan is propitious to operate the supply chain more efficiently and more smoothly with lower cost.The enterprise project management is discussed in this paper.The characteristics of push-plan and pull-plan are expounded,and its advantages and disadvantages are summarized and compared.Furthermore,the production plan with pull push features is expounded,and its main functions and processes are analyzed.
