摘要
针对江西某矿尾矿库尾砂开采环境,采用ANSYS软件对该尾矿库进行三维有限元分析,在干滩线截面处模拟进行三分层开采,得到了开采前后尾矿坝体中轴线上的关键点位移和应力。计算结果表明,尾砂开采时,最大位移在坝体顶部;最大应力位于初期坝底部区域,但总体数值变化很小,说明小范围尾砂开采对坝体影响不大。
Based on the mining condition for tailings sand in a mine′s tailings pond in Jiangxi Province,3D finite element analysis was performed with ANSYS software for the tailings pond.A three slice method was used on the cross-section of tailings beach line in the simulation test.The displacement and stress of key points on the axis of center-line of dam before and after mining were obtained by calculation.The calculating results show that the maximum displacement occurred at the top of dam and the maximum stress in the bottom of dam in the initial period of time while exploitation.However the value changed little,indicating little impact of small-scale mining of tailings sand on the dam.
