摘要
针对当前电子信息工程类大学毕业生就业素质与用人单位要求存在差距的情况,明确了电子信息工程类大学毕业生应该具备的就业素质,提出了组织学生参加多种层次的电子设计竞赛和成立大学生电子科技协会等措施相结合的的方法,引导学生充分利用课余时间来提高自身的就业素质,并在竞赛培训中,引入"头脑风暴"法进行训练等措施,实践说明了这些措施的有效性。
For the existence of deviation between the employment quality of current electronic information engineering college graduates and the employing unit requirement,it is defined clearly that undergraduates in the electronic information engineering university should possess the composition of employment quality;the methods of organizing students to participate in a variety of levels of electronic design contest should be combined with establishment of the undergraduate electronic science and technology association and other measures to guide students to make full use of spare time to improve their employment quality,and in race training,the introduction of brainstorming training measures.Practice has verified the effectiveness of these measures.
