摘要
食用菌病毒病一直是食用菌生产的重要问题,明显影响产量和质量。已发现的食用菌病毒很多为dsRNA病毒,因此dsRNA病毒的研究对于食用菌生产非常重要。发展一种简单快速的食用菌病毒dsRNA的提取方法,该法优化了传统提取方法的步骤和对样品数量的要求,可以从0.5~1.0 g的食用菌组织中快速提取dsRNA,提取效率较传统方法高,提取产物可以直接应用于进行dsRNA的检测、分类以及相关基因的克隆。
Edible fungus viral diseases could cause great production loss in the planting of edible fungus and many edible fungus viruses were the dsRNA virus.So the dsRNA viral detection was very important in the culture of edible fungus.A simple and rapid extracting dsRNA approach from edible fungus issues,named the rapid small extraction method,was developed by adjusting or optimizing the extraction steps of the traditional extraction method.By using the rapid small extraction method,less samples as 0.5-1.0 g and less apparatuses were required with more dsRNA extraction efficiency.The dsRNA could be directly used to the detection and classification of the dsRNA and the clone of related genes.
