摘要 介绍了基于单片机和半导体制冷片的温度控制实验平台设计方案。该平台采用模块化设计思想,通过不同功能的模块设计和组合,构造以温度控制为目标的系列实验。实验平台由单片机开发板、半导体制冷片驱动模块、温度检测模块等构成,可以完成调理电路设计、A/D和D/A程序设计、串口程序设计、虚拟仪器面板设计、温度控制算法设计等多项实验,为多门课程的教学实验服务。温度控制系统实验平台具有体积小、功耗低、使用方便的特点,便于教师和学生使用。 The design of temperature control experimental platform based on microcontroller and semiconductor refrigeration chip is introduced.Modularization design is adopted in the platform,based on it,a serials of experiments interrelated temperature control can be composed through the combination of different modules.The platform consists of microcontroller development board,semiconductor refrigeration chip module,temperature measurement module,etc.A lot of experiments setting in many different courses can be accomplished,for example,conditioning circuit design,A/D and D/A program design,serial port program design,interface of virtual instrument design and the design of algorithms of temperature control.The temperature control system can be used easily by the teachers and students because of its particular advantages such as small volume,low power,and flexible to manipulate.
