摘要
喷射阀性能直接关系到汽油机电喷系统的品质,其测试工作不可少。结合测试功能,从总体方案、控制器硬件设计和软件设计等三方面论述系统的研制。该系统能模拟发动机工况,简易、经济且具有一定的自动化功能,能满足维修需要,在汽车维修行业试用表明效果好,具有推广价值。
The performance of injector is directly related to the quality of EFI（electric fuel injection） system of gasoline-engine.So the testing of injectors is indispensable.The developed testing system is described from three respects including general scheme,hardware design and software design of its controller according to its testing function.The system can simulate the working of EFI engine,being simple,economical and somewhat automatic.The system can meet maintaining and is tried out successfully and effectively in maintenance industry.
