基于资源共享的实验室管理体制改革与实践

Reform and practice of the laboratory management system based on resource sharing

针对目前实验室管理体制存在的主要问题,提出了基于资源共享的实验室管理体制新架构：整合优化实验室资源、实现中心化管理体制、创新实验教学体系和内容、推行开放式运行机制,并在浙江师范大学进行了实践,取得了明显成效。

The article is intended to solve the major problem of the laboratory management system at present,meanwhile,proposes the new construction of the laboratory management system which is based on resource sharing.The integration of the laboratory resources,the realization of center management system,the innovation of the experimental teaching system and content,and the pursuit of the open style operational mechanism have been explored by Zhejiang Normal University and substantive progress has been made.
