论初级指挥军官培养中的通识教育

On General Education in the Cultivation of the Junior Commanding Officer

我军院校对初级指挥军官实施通识教育具有必要性和紧迫性。目前,我军培养初级指挥军官的学历型院校缺乏实施通识教育的理念和经验,突出表现是通识教育课程设置不合理。分析了外军军官任命前院校科学文化课程实施通识教育的模式,列举了我军学历型院校通识教育课程的不足之处,提出了思考与建议。

General education is necessary and urgent for the Chinese military cadets,and especially the junior commanding officers.Currently,the Chinese military academies lack concepts and experience of general education.The major problem lies in improper offering of general education courses.In order to benefit from the modes taken by foreign military academies for general education,the paper introduces them respectively and analyzes the important role of generation education in the course of the junior commanding officer cultivation of the PLA.Aiming at the shortcomings of general education courses in Chinese military academies,the paper comes up with some proposals to improve the general education quality of the Chinese military cadets.
