浅议研究生队在高层次人才培养中作用的发挥

The Role Played by the Graduate Detachment in Training High-quality Personnel

研究生队是直接面向研究生的基层组织,与研究生朝夕相处,在研究生培养,特别是在创新意识培养、军政素质培养等方面具有不可替代的作用。因此加强研究生队建设,创新管理思想对培养创新型高素质军事科技人才意义重大。本文以国防科技大学航天与材料工程学院研究生队的实例,就如何发挥研究生队在高层次人才培养的作用,进行了有价值的探讨。

Graduate detachment is the grass-roots unit of the graduates,which plays an important role in the education of graduate students,especially in the cultivation of their creative consciousness,political consciousness and military capability.It is of so great significance for the education of innovative high-quality military technological talents that we should promote the construction of graduate detachment and make innovation in the management.Taking the graduate detachment of the college of aerospace and material engineering as an example,how the graduate students’team can play its important role in training high-quality personnel is studied,and some valuable advice is given.
