Research on Determining TFOMs of Complex Equipment

根据可用信息的不同,给出了测试性指标（TFOMs）确定的4种模型,并分析了各种模型的优缺点。为了能够综合使用所有可用信息,提出了基于层次分析法（AHP）的测试性指标模型。示例结果显示AHP模型给出的结果更加合理。

According to available information,four models of determining testability figures of merit（TFOMs）are given,and their merits and faults are analyzed.A model of TFOMs based on analytical hierarchy process（AHP）is presented,which can employ all available information.An example shows AHP can present more reasonable results.
