用于XX频段模拟转发器的新型平衡混频器的设计

摘要 本文给出了一种可用于XX频段模拟转发器的新型单平衡混频器的设计方法以及测试结果。混频器的输入信号(RF)频率约为30GHz,本振(LO)为10GHz,输出中频(IF)频率约为20GHz。利用输入和输出频率之间近似为3∶1∶2的关系,采用简单的低通滤波器、短路/开路分支线及混合环等结构实现了各端口之间的内在隔离及对本振二次谐波(2×fLO)的抑制,并获得较低的变频损耗。该单平衡混频器具有结构简单、成本低、易于加工的特点。测试结果表明,在大于1.5GHz带宽内,变频损耗小于7.2dB,带内响应起伏小于3dB。 The design and measured results of a novel single balanced Schottky diodes mixer for XX band satellite transponder simulator have been given out in this paper.The RF frequency of the mixer is about 30 GHz,the IF frequency is about 20 GHz,and the LO frequency is 10 GHz.Since the frequency relationship of the input,output and LO is about 3∶1∶2,the simple lowpass filter,open stubs,short stubs and hybrid ring could be utilized to realize the low conversion loss single balanced mixer with good rejection of the second harmonic of LO.This single balanced mixer has the features of simple configuration,low cost and easy processing.The measured results show that the conversion loss is less than 7.2 dB in 1.5 GHz bandwidth with frequency response flatness less than 3 dB.
