小型化XX频段收发信机的设计

Design of Miniaturized XX-band Integrated Transceiver

本文介绍了一种用于卫星通信地球站的小型化XX频段收发信机。所设计的收发信机将上变频模块（BUC）、低噪声下变频模块（LNB）、发阻滤波器（TRF）及正交模变换器（OMT）集成在一个整体加工成形的盒体中。本文给出集成化收发信机的原理框图,并对主要的电路功能模块进行了分析,并给出了主要指标的测试结果。测试结果表明集成化收发信机可以满足整机要求,其体积为：17313535mm3（不包括N型接头）,重量小于1.3kg。

In this paper,a miniature XX-band transceiver applied for ground station of satellite communication is presented.The proposed transceiver integrates block of up converter（BUC）,low Noise block（LNB）,transmit reject filter（TRF）and ortho-mode transducer（OMT）in a small sealed housing.The architecture of the transceiver is given and the basic function models are analyzed.The measured results show the designed transceiver has a good performance.The compact size of the transceiver is only 173×135×35 mm3（N-type connector not included）,and its weight is less than 1.3 kg.
